Blue Crew

I loved spraying Scott's hair blue. A bonus was spraying his ears too. Junie was standing by our bed dressed in blue at 6:00 this morning, you think he was excited?

It was another hot and awesome day!

I don't ever want to forget these lazy summer afternoons.

Neighborhood Bible Club

This week our whole family is helping out NBC in our neighborhood.

Scott is leading the singing time. The kids are all loving his craziness.

Sissy is having fun with school friends.

 

Scott called Amelia up to help with actions for a song. She was so happy.

 Juner won for the most crazy on RED day! It was about 100 degrees and he was soaking with sweat.

Our family embraced Crazy Hair Day.

They didn't win but it was still awesome! 

Macker just goes to childcare but he wanted to be like the big kids anyway.

New Bike

A couple years ago I got my sister a tag-along bike from a garage sale. While we were in SC we saw tons of kids about Macker's size riding them with their family. So I asked my sister if we could use it and she brought it to the family reunion. Before 7:ooam they were on the road.  Macker was a little nervous at first but he quickly starting loving it!

After church Macker begged for a family bike ride.  (It was 95+ degrees)

 Sam thought we were back at the ocean. He sat in the nasty water. YUCK.

Family Reunion

We are slowly recovering from the most wonderful family vacation our family has EVER experienced. We came home rested, joyful, thankful and more in love with our family. For that I am so grateful.

On to the blog, this past Saturday was our family reunion. My grandpa and grandma are both 92 years old (and as sharp as  tacks)  and each year we thank God for another year with them in each of our lives.  Macker is named after Grandma!

Grandpa Jack is as spicy as ever. (He didn't wet his pants, Mac had just been sitting on his lap after playing in the little pool).

Junie's favorite part was hanging with Cousin Hanker for the day.

My grandpa and grandma have 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. You can imagine the fun and craziness we had that day!
