O, What a Week!

Our friend Owen came to Chicago to spend the week with us. Big Scott was out of town serving in inner city Chicago so we spent the week doing fun things.

Sam was giving Robyn some love.

Sam's first trip to Costco. (the kids needed ice cream)

Watching the kids swim.

My littlest sweetheart.

Have I mentioned how awesome Amelia is?!

Samuel could NOT be any sweeter!

He's just about crawling.

Love!

The kids had a blast fighting in the yard.

Scary dudes.

Capturing the girls.

Having fun.

Late night ice cream before bed.

Sam seriously doesn't bathe alone.

Popcorn shop.

Annoyed on the bike.

That darn bike helmet.

Trying to remove it.

Love him!!

Owen was a great biker. He didn't complain one bit. We took a 7 mile bike ride two days in a row.

He and June were racers.

Enjoying candy and popcorn.

Neighborhood Bible CluB! Sissy got a pie in the face!

We drove to Nanny and Papa's house to enjoy a parade and celebrate Cousin Lulu's birthday.

Sis surprised us!

Sammy was a good sport.

PARADE!

Happy cousins.

Girl cousins.

The parade was awesome!

Sis got a couple necklaces.

The kids got more candy than they could even carry.

Next we went to Cousin Lulu's 3rd birthday party. I lost my camera so I have no birthday pictures.

It was seriously the perfect week. O was an angel and such a joy to have around. Can't wait to do it again next summer!!!

We Love Summer!

Phone Pictures

These pictures are all taken from my phone. This was the first morning that Sam was home.

We've been to the pediatrician 4 times and the dermatologist twice. Thankfully, Sam is doing great. We will see a pediatric cranial specialist on Monday the 27th regarding his head shape.
(please pray for that)

Sissy's last day of school breakfast! She and I went on an early morning date.

When I was gone to Ethiopia Scott took the boys to garage sales and bought them.... GIANT CARNIVAL ANIMALS. (sick)

The boys love them.

We got new bunk beds for the gentlemen and finally made their room like nice.

We laid a blanket out in our front yard to watch the big kids ride bikes.

More doctors.

I love these guys.

First time he fell esleep in his car seat.

My other tiny baby, trying out Sam's seat.

Macker giving Sam a foot washing.

Macker loves playing with the water hose.

This picture makes me so happy. Samuel hardly ever puts ANY wait on his leggers. We have been practicing but he just doesn't like to be in that position. While I was filling the bath he really wanted to see what was going on so I stood him up and HE did it! He was only in this position for about 30 seconds but I'm still so encouraged!

I love my babies!

Everyone Loves Junie

Junie is the funniest guy I know. (other than the big guy he's named after...)
Sam LOOOOVES him.

If Scotty is in the room, Sam can't get enough of him.

I love seeing them play together.

"Look Mom, I can make his foot touch his head."

Happy Father's Day

Macker and I snuck out super early to get some Starbucks and a Dunkin Donut for the best father in the world.*
Think Macker was excited!?

I can't say enough about how thankful I am for my Scooter. He is the most loving, caring, serving father I have ever seen. I am so thankful my kids get to have him for a dad. We are all blessed.

*Sorry about seeing his armpit hair.
