Day 1

Straight to Coronado. It was a beautiful morning. We left our house at 3:30am so we got to CA in plenty of time to enjoy the whole day.

Amelia and I loved the flowers. Then right to the beach. The weather was perfect!!

Easter Cookies

Amelia and I have been making cookies together since she was tiny. Notice how she lined them up in a circle.

She has truly become a pro and she really doesn't need much help from me. I love watching her work.

Slumber Party

Scotty invited Amelia to "cuddle you my bed Sissy" and she couldn't resist.

Good night...

About 30 minutes later Amelia said she was ready for her own bed. We'll try it again another night.

Splash Pad... in March?!

It was a beautiful late afternoon so I decided it was time to find a splash pad.
I remembered seeing a splash pad/water feature at a new mall in Tempe.
I put swimming suits on the kids and we were off...
Scotty kept saying, "I don't wait to wear goggles!"
Like I'd make him wear goggles in a splash pad?!

Junie was nervous at first (for about 10 seconds) them he got the hang of it again.

Sissy loved every second, even though her lips were blue.

This pictures cracks me up, it almost looks like Scotty was going to hit his sister. My perfect boy would never...

Gardening

Amelia has been wanting to plant flowers for quite a while. I've always loved gardening so this was really fun for both of us.Today after her nap it was time!! Sunflowers and tomatoes... The package said they'll be taller than Amelia!

She really loved to put the seeds in the soil. She did such a careful job watering.

Before you know it, theses little hands will be showing off her Bachelor Buttons, Vincas and Cosmos. Can't wait!!

It's a BOY!!!

We had our ultrasound on Friday and they said, for sure... it's a boy.
I have the pictures to prove it but I think it's a little creepy to show.

The ultrasound went very well and we thank God for the normal report.
I think the 3-D picture is a little scary?!
