The Performance

Amelia's kindergarten class had a little Thanksgiving performance for all the families. It was extra special because my Grandma and my aunt came to see her too.
Sissy the Pilgrim.

Sissy the little Indian with her friend Shaylee.

Where's Amelia, like where's Waldo.

There's the whole gang with Grandma Marge and Aunt MaryAnn.
Here we are around our dining room table.
McCoy loved Grandma Marge.

Grandma made a birthday cake and Scotty got blow out his candles. It was a really fun day!

Did you mean "Native Americans?"

All of them are precious. Squeeze 'em for me.

So...the kids learned about the "feather" Indians. In our house...we use only "dot" Indians....so we tell the story of how the Pilgrims and "dot" Indians had the first Thanksgiving. It's probably a good thing I don't home school.
Great performing, Amelia!

Mikele is only saying that because I dragged her to a spa day one time ... and it turned into a lecture on how we caused all sorts of issues ... like bringing WHITE flour into the picture. So ... now she's using the correct wording :)
Either way ... you have one very cute pilgrim!
