A Wonderful Weekend.

This morning we went to garage sales as a family. Sam loved it. (he actually just slept in the car). We found a great table and chairs that we have been needing for a while. We decided to put our old one on the curb for someone who needed it. It was gone within the hour. The kids thought it was an awesome place to have a treat. Some of my favorite neighbors stopped by and it was practically a party. I'm seriously thinking of moving my new table out there....

Macker is still too little for the big boy bike but he keeps trying. He really wants to RIDE on the prairie path with the rest of us.

Some other nice friends stopped by to GIVE us the cutest little table and chairs. I love it!! The kids are going to use it for homework/coloring/legos etc. I'm so thankful!

Day 2 or 3

The sweethearts were dying to go swimming at our community pool. I was dying to see Sam in his new swimming suit so it was the perfect evening. Scott swam with the big kids and Sam and I sat on a lawn chair watching the fun.

Sissy wanted to show Samuel off to her 2nd grade class. About 10 minutes before school got out we brought popsicles to share with the class.

First Day

Samuel had a hard time adjusting to Illinois time. I went to bed at 6:30pm because I was so tired I couldn't keep my eyes open. Scott took care of all 4 kids. Sam was up abut 10 time. He was nothing but happy in the morning and the kids were crazy about playing with him.

He has the nicest personality.

Sissy is seriously the best big sister! We knew she would be great but she's even better than we imagined.

She has such patience!
