High School Musical

Mrs. Spice and I took Owen and Amelia to a play of HSM. It was at a little children's theatre in Scottsdale called Desert Stages.
They loved it and we did too.
You can't tell here, but the guy who played Troy was no Zack Efron.
Sharpayand Ryan were the best.
They even got to them in real life. It was amazing.

Happy 30th Birthday Robyn

We had a wonderful girls getaway for Robyn's birthday.
Desert Ridge, Benihana and Kierland Commons . What more could we ask for?
Here's Jose doing tricks.
This picture is for Robyn's sister-in-law Megan. She surprised her with a gift certificate at Anthropologie. The manager walked over and handed her a little box and wished her a happy birthday. I almost cried and I think she did too.
It was a really special weekend. Love you girls.

The took a ride on a golf cart.
When they came back he was doing all the driving.

More Zoo...

We had another great morning at the zoo. Here are the kids with Abby and Madelyn.
The zoo keeper gave Scott a special ride on his "tractor".
Amelia needed a turn too.
We finished up the morning with a carousel ride. Have I mentioned I love these cool mornings?

New Motorcycle

What can I say? We laugh when our kids get hurt?! Strange I know... A really nice lady at Awanas gave us this new bike for Scotty. He loves it so much he even wanted to sit on it to watch a show.
After all the fun, Scott caught the babies together like this relaxing with Psalty. They're best buds.

Zoo Morning

It was such a beautiful morning yesterday that after the park we grabbed Robyn and Luker and headed to the zoo.
We all had a great time. There was hardly anyone there and the animals were eating and playing.
I love Lukers face in this picture.
Mini and June were checking out the monkey hands.
This picture is just to show everyone that my little noneater was carrying aound a big bag of Trader Joe's popcorn and eating like it was no big deal. We couldn't be happier.

Playtopia

Today was the first "cool" morning we've had since APRIL. Scott and I woke the kids and got to the park before 7:00.
This video cracks me up because Amelia gets knocked over by her little brother.

Sissy doing some sweet climbing. Notice her princess golves.
Here's Scott and Scott doing some jumping.

More climbing.
Some serious hanging... This was going to be them together but Silly Brother didn't listen.
Hanging...We finished off the morning with some riding. I am so thankful for summer to be just about over.

Car Wash

The CRV was in need of some cleaning.
So Scott put the kids to work. They LOVED it!
Junie liked the soapy H20 the best. He just kept dipping and washing.
When Scott rinsed the car he accidentally got the kids too. Ooooopps. It was only a high of 98 today so they were a little bit freezing.

ByeBye Cuck-Cuck!

So, Monday the feeding therapist said the Junie needed to be DONE with his pacifier. (He calls it a CuckCuck.)
Scott and I both got a little teary thinking about Junie without his Cuck. He and I decided that around his 2nd birthday we would talk about getting rid of it. This picture is of his nap on Tuesday. For some reason I just wanted a picture. Anyway that night as I was putting him to bed I realized that all the pacifiers were downstairs. After reading books, singing songs and saying a prayer I laid him down in bed. He looked at me and said, "Cuck, Cuck?" Don't ask me why but for some reason I just said, "Sorry, Cuck Cuck is already sleeping." I thought he would cry or something... instead he just said, "Okay, ni night."
That's it. That's the whole story and we are now done.
What should I do with all these?

New Suit?

Scotty has decided that arm floaties are for babies and he refuses to wear them anymore. Our only other option that will fit him is Amelia old floaty suit. He seems to like it, don't judge.

Goodbye old friend

Our coffee maker has been with us over 7 years. Scott got it while working at Starbucks and it was used. Someone returned it and it became ours. We have had many fun morning with our coffee maker, it's been a faithful friend. 2 mornings ago it just stopped working... we were in denial but then this morning we know it was time to throw it out. It's a really sad day at the Murray house. I think I know what we want for Christmas.
