Best Week

We've had the greatest week. On Sunday my Scooter got to lead worship at church and he did the BEST job...(my favorite song he did was THIS ONE)...I'm just saying... It was extra special because my Grandma and Grandpa, Aunt MaryAnn, Uncle Gordon, Nanny and Papa all came for the day. We loved having them all over to our house for lunch and hanging out.

Nice face, June.

Macker with his namesake. Grandma Marge McCoy Criddle. (doing the Macker)

My dad and his twin. They sit exactly the same.

Junie really loves Grandpa Jack.

Uncle Lee had to go to Texas for business so Aunt Karoline and Cousin Lulu came for a couple days. (Jen made Lulu's cute outfit)

These 2 are the best of friends. They did everything together.

We had a great time at the Children's Museum until Macker lost his mind...

Then on to soccer and dance.

We love Lulu!

We already miss them. Come back anytime!!

And one last thing.... I'm leaving in the morning for 4 days in San Antonio, Texas. I can't begin to tell you all how excited I am. Because of saving for our adoption I didn't think I would be able to go, but a friend of ours GAVE me a ticket. I am so thankful.
I've never been away from our babies for this long before and I'm already missing them as they nap... I know they'll have a blast with Scott. I overheard Scotty and Scoot making up a song/cheer that went something like....
"To-morrow, to-morrow, yeah to-morrow....
X-box and pizza and X-box and
movies and X-box and ice cream.
To-morrow, to-morrow, heah toooooo-morrow!!
I'm just really hoping to get a picture with these boots.

Sheep Sheering and a Fishy Show

We made our second annual trip to Klein Creek Farm's sheep sheering day. This year we all road our bikes!! What a difference a year makes.... click here.

June did tricks.
Macker was the Lamb Whisperer.

Scoot did tricks.
When we got home Macker showed off his hunky legs while checking his flowers.
The 1st graders at Pleasant Hill School put on a special "Fishy Show" each year. Amelia has been talking about it for weeks.

Some of our favorite friends came over to celebrate before the big show.
What sounds better than ice cream covered in chocolate and generic Swedish Fish?
Here's Sissy and her friend Tyson. ;)
Let the show begin!
Sissy's in the front row with the red starfish on her shirt.

We're really proud of her and so thankful for such a great school.

Sammy Soccer Boy

June's soccer started and he's loving it.

He's a total rockstar on the field.

I feel a tiny bit sorry for the little buggers that just turned 3 last week and joined the 3&4's league. Junie seems a little more like he's 14 years old when he knocks them over and slides into their shins.Thumbs up!

I'm not sure if there's anyone more happy to be there than my Junedog.

TULIPS!!

Macker

"Hey Macker, how's that sinus infection?"
"I know what will make you feel better? Let's go do some gardening...!"

"What are you pointing at?"

"Beautiful! Happy Mother's Day to me."
"What are you pointing at now?""Oh, you think those will look good under the window? Me too."

Welcome home Dad, time to garden. "Hey boys, what do you think of the dirt?"
Let's begin!

"How's that flower feel in your hands?"
"Pat, pat, pat the dirt."
Huge mess was made but the kids had fun and in a couple weeks we're going to be overflowing with flowers.
