She's 9...

Our morning started bright and early. Sissy and June were both in our bed before 6am.

Sissy and Dad couldn't wait for the friends to arrive....

All the girls got here at almost the exact same time. 8:31am.

The first game was The Waffle Toss.

Scott showed them how it's done!

Next up, The Oatmeal Run.

Then the EGG relay.

Group shot!

Breakfast!!

The girls loaded their pancakes with EVERYTHING!

The Reddi Whip was a hit!

These are the nicest group of girls.  (notice the fancy chairs, my nice neighbor let me borrow them)  We were quite a sight carrying them over our heads down the middle of our street! (notice the extra long table, my other nice neighbors let me borrow them) Thankful.

Our sweet Sissy.

When breakfast was over it was on to The Omelet Game.

The Egg Toss.

Present opening. One of her friends wrote her a poem. So sweet.

We sang happy birthday and enjoyed donut holes on a stick.

Next game, pattern bracelet making. They were so competitive.

Were you all wondering where the boys were hiding?  Our babysitter (that we asked 3 weeks in advance) got sick and had to cancel. Our dear friends Chris and Calla saved the day!
They took them out for the entire morning! THANKFUL!!

Next up, we took the kids to Taste of Wheaton. Sammer loved the sucker.

Our fam.

I found a photo tool called sunless tan. YIKES. Are we a little Oompa Loompa-ish or what? hahahah

Biking home!

Self portrait. Yikes.

Home for grilling and a fire, per Sissy's request.

Sissy said it was the perfect day. I'm so thankful for 9 years with my little sweetheart and I can't wait to see what God has planned for her life.
