95 degree heat and humidity couldn't stop us. We did it. 13.7 miles. The kids were amazing.

The blue line is our route.

"Yeah, let's bike ride!!" If they look a little tired it might be because Scott has been letting the big kids (including Macker) stay up super late watching movies.

We road past some stables and Sam got to feed Harley the Horse.

We found an amazing playground.

Samtastic was so sweaty happy!

The kids found a secret route to the beach.

We took a rest by a giant tree.

The kids found a tree swing.

The trees were giant and BEAUTIFUL!

Scotty was so excited to see a Salty Dog sign! That was his pirate name in the OBX years ago.

We took a little break and got the babies a treat.

We were all exhausted so we cooled off in the pool for the rest of the afternoon.
