1st Grade

Yesterday was Drop Off Supplies/Meet the Teacher for Amelia. Her new teachers name is Miss.Clark and she seems VERY nice!
We are really thankful because our friends the Hogan's youngest son Tyson is also in the class.

Is this funny or what, could they stand further apart?

This morning we made Amelia her favorite breakfast and some Chardonnay... I mean apple juice;)

We got her all clean.

Then it was time to take her to school. (sniff, sniff)

How on earth can our little baby Amelia be in 1st grade already?

Doesn't she look too little waiting for the doors to open?

Scott sure will miss her.
My little sweetheart waiting in the gym for the teacher to take her to class...
Who's that naughty, barefoot baby?!
A quick wave as she follows her line down the hallway. (I'm thinking about homeschooling!!!)
The boys and I were waiting at the door when she got done. We missed her so much and to think that it was just a 1/2 day today. Is she really going to be gone 6 hours tomorrow?! (boo, hoo)

thinking about you and the crew all morning and praying for that precious 1st grader! Love her dress - do they make mommy sizes?

I can't believe she's in first grade--didn't we just come to see you the other day at the hospital when she was born? Welcome to first grade, Mia Baby!

I love your sign - and the painters tape.

Amelia, your braid is so cool. And your teacher looks smart and nice. I can tell.

Is her teacher a high school intern or what? She looks so young!

Can't believe she is in 1st grade. Hey...it's farther than most kids in third world countries get...so you should be proud.
